BRING: SS Cards for you, spouse, and dependents; Picture ID, Copy of last year’s return (if possible): ALL W-2 forms; Unemployment Compensation Benefits; ALL 1099s received (SSA, INT, DIV, B, R, A, C, Misc); ALL forms showing Federal Tax Paid; Dependent Care Provider ID#.; any 1098 or other forms from your college (tuition/fees/financial aid); and any other material that you feel might be needed to complete your return.
