Area Business Councils Overview

PURPOSE:
Area Councils ensure the Chamber's ability to address the localized opportunities and challenges unique to each part of our county.  Each area council has an elected board and general membership made up exclusively of Chamber members with a professional or general interest in a particular geographically defined area (such as Historic St. Augustine, South Beaches, Northeast, Northwest, and Southwest).  Through regularly scheduled meetings, each council ensures that Chamber member businesses have a voice in matters involving governmental policies and legislation, special event planning, public works and infrastructure, or any other area that may impact their ability to successfully conduct business.

Membership
Open to any member  with a professional or general interest in the respective area.
