Home Again St. Johns’ mission is to coordinate the delivery of vital services provided at a center dedicated to restoring St. Johns County’s homeless to self-sufficiency.
Home Again St. Johns is anon-profit organization coordinating a multi-agency system to positively effect and alleviate homelessness in the St. Johns County community by actively engaging homeless individuals and the communityas a whole in supporting their return to self-sufficiency. The ongoing development of facilities onState Road 207 will offer permanent supportive housing, medical services, and direct connections topsychological, addiction treatment, education resources, job training and occupational coaching. The goal is to make the Home Again St. Johns a model of how to successfully wrap services around individual and families experiencing homelessness in permanent supportive housing “Housing First,” and end homelessness in St. Johns County. In the past year, Home Again St. Johns helped over 700 homelessmen, women and children with access to vital services focused on ending homelessness; this year, weare on target to surpass that number!
