Increase Member Satisfaction Internal Goal
Goal: Increase member satisfaction rates
Background: The survey done in October 2010 indicated that 81% of respondents felt they received value for their Chamber membership. The mean overall rating of the Chamber was 6.75 (on a 1-10 scale).
Measurements: Year 1 – Improve respondents who feel they get value for their membership to 84% and the mean overall rating of the Chamber to 7.0.
Year 3 – Improve respondents who feel they get value for their membership to 87% and the mean overall rating of the Chamber to 7.25.
Year 5 – Improve respondents who feel they get value for their membership to 90% and the mean overall rating of the Chamber to 7.5.
